New Google android App to be launched soon by Uttarakhand Government before ARDH KUMBH in HARIDWAR. Haridwar is also
known by the name of DEV BHOOMI.
This app
will provide all the basic information regardingweather forecast, parking areas, Ashrams,stalls, and traffic updates on the required roots during the holy occasion of ARDH KUMBH.
Ardh kumbh is organised each time after a period
of 6 years at the river bank of
different HOLY RIVERS in India.
Whereas KUMBH (COMPLETE KUMBH) is
organised regularly after a long period of 12
YEARS on the same holy river banks.
Government decided
to launch the app within a month and try to confirm the citizen’s security
during the occasion. This app will help peoples to locate the desired location
within a second and ensures that people found their ways to location with ease.
After the
completion of holy occasion of ardh kumbh in haridwar Government decide to use
this app for tourism in Uttarakhand. Later this app will locate all the tourist spot in the state as well the major cities .
This app
will proved to be a milestone set by the Uttarakhand government and is the only
app in its type. This app will also help tourism department to increase the
tourism activities in the state as well as in Haridwar which is also called as
the DEV BHOOMI the holy palace of DEVA’S in the ancient time
